Day Fifty-One Field Experience

Today was a very positive and productive day, full of lots of meetings. I logged on early and saw an email in my inbox asking M and me to go through all of the benefit templates again to change a price in the 401K information, which must be done before Monday. Next, I logged on with M, Lucy, Shira, and Madison to go over the OD and Springbuk trainings that the interns went through and made recommendations on. This meeting went very well; the team collaboration for this project was tremendous, and M and I had several excellent points that helped with the project’s direction. Next week, I am to write out the topics (which I had already done) and create a shared sheet with M to compare the differences and attributes of the two trainings. After this meeting, I jumped on a call with just M, and she wanted me to pilot the instructions she had written out for some project she had been working on; it was great, and I mentioned that clear instructions or project context might be helpful to include. After this meeting, I got some snacks while I made it through another page of the guide and prepared for the PPB project meeting with Lucy. On the call with Lucy, she approved the new guide in the new template and suggested I change the last category. I told her I could have the first draft guide done by tomorrow’s EOD; we could make the final category change after next week when she had an excellent chance to review the guide. We then went over the FAQ project for next week and planned out the new slides and creations for the PPB PPt that will be finished by the end of next Friday; we have a client presentation we are co-presenting next week. After this call with Lucy, it was time to log off again, but that guide will be finished tomorrow.
