Today was a big day focus day. I started the morning by looking at my plan of action for the guide and writing out more organizational bullet points. I then jumped on a quick weekly check-in call with M., where we reviewed the guides we submitted yesterday and wished each other happy holidays. I then spent the entire morning and afternoon making the changes to the psychological safety guide before I had to log off at 4 pm to get to my part-time job. I feel very good about everything; I need to change the bullets to make everything start with a noun and move around some of the graphics. I will log on early Monday morning to review everything, make those quick changes, and send my advisor an update.
