I have two days left of the OD internship; I worked a full seven-hour day to finish everything I wanted. I started the morning with a group intern and advisor meeting, and immediately after, I started with the final evaluation meeting with my Advisor. The final evaluation went well; we discussed projects, what I’ve learned, and skills I’ve built for the future. I have grown a lot professionally. When the meetings were finished, I spent the rest of the day making final changes to the psychological safety guide and then submitted it to another team member and the marketing team. I will start my closing PowerPoint tomorrow, make notes for the practice PPB presentation meetings, and finish submitting any leftover documents. The psychological safety guide was some of the best work I have ever produced; it is a cohesive and tangible action plan for leaders to improve their working environments for all employees.
