Day Sixty-Eight Field Experience

Today was great at the OD internship; I logged on early to check my email, send around PowerPoint, and add questions to the Inquiry list. I met briefly with M. to discuss going into the office tomorrow and then coordinated with our engagement and wellbeing team coordinator about creating a combined vendor PowerPoint for the meeting tomorrow. I worked until 4 pm today, switching from creating the PowerPoint as vendors sent me their slides throughout the day to working on the new pages of the psychological safety guide. This work matters because I am making a health delivery slide for vendor presentations; the guide now shares the connection between psychological safety, total well-being, inclusion, collaboration and learning, and communication.

I look forward to tomorrow’s in-person day, where I can see the office dynamic outside our wellbeing team.
