Today was a big day for the OD Internship; it was the first and only time I went to the office for in-person days. We got into the building at 11 am and left around 4 pm. This in-person meeting day was to be on a live vendor summit call for all OD’s vendor representatives to discuss resources and consider how they can collaborate with offered resources to best support OD. These meetings were exciting because they gave me perspective into the bigger picture of what OD does and the communication required between vendor, broker, and client annually to provide the best support. I enjoyed meeting everyone; it felt the same as our hybrid interactions, and seeing the company in a more professional setting was great.
