Today is my second to last day at the OD internship. Things are wrapping up, and the projects are all just about done. I went through a practice presentation meeting with my advisor before the accurate PPB presentation tomorrow. The day was shorter as I finished up the last of the reference and formatting changes in the psychological safety guide. This guide matters because I have created a tangible resource for my team members to include on the Wellbeing and Engagement 2024 calendar; it promotes a healthy work environment emphasizing learning, inclusion, mental and physical wellbeing, and communication.
I look forward to my webinar presentation tomorrow; I plan on practicing tonight and tomorrow morning.
